WhatsReply AI automates replies to WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business messages using rules and AI personas you configure, and lets you send bulk campaign messages to your own contact lists, running on your device without an official WhatsApp Business API integration. By installing or using the app, you agree to the terms below.

It runs on your device and relies on Android's notification system rather than an official WhatsApp Business API integration.

Who is responsible for WhatsApp compliance?

WhatsApp sets its own terms of service and rules about automated messaging and bulk sending. Using WhatsReply AI to automate or bulk-send messages is done at your own discretion and risk — you are responsible for how you use it, including complying with WhatsApp's own terms, applicable anti-spam laws, and obtaining consent from recipients where required. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.

How does pricing and billing work?

• 200 free messages are included on install for standard rules.
• Watching a rewarded ad earns +30 additional free messages.
• Standard rules (keyword, menu, welcome message) run indefinitely at no cost.
• AI Replies consume credits, purchased through Google Play Billing. There is no subscription — you only pay for the AI credits you use.

What is not allowed?

Do not use WhatsReply AI to send unsolicited bulk messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, to harass or deceive recipients, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for accounts we reasonably believe are being used this way.

Is there a warranty?

The app is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that automated replies or bulk sends will always be delivered, that WhatsApp will never take action against an account for automation, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

What is the limitation of liability?

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any action taken against your WhatsApp account by WhatsApp or Meta.

Can these terms change?

We may update the app or these terms over time. Continuing to use WhatsReply AI after an update means you accept the revised terms.
